I usually don’t do reviews but when I was tired of the tiles in my bathroom but not too sure how to do the work myself, Infound Chial Construction online. Spoke to the owner and he sounded genuine so I decided to give him a try. Came over and gave me a good run down of the timeline and cost and was well within my budget. Him and his team did a great job and were very respectfull of my requests. One of the tiles actually cracked about two days later and I asked if they could help me out, they sent someone to remove and replace the damaged tile free of charge! Would highly recommend!

How can I get started and. what happens first?

Book a 15-minute discovery call. We'll align scope, budget, and timeline, schedule an on-site walk, and follow with a written scope, estimate, and schedule.

Will you handle permits, board approvals, elevator bookings, and COIs?

Yes. We assemble the alteration package, pull DOB permits, book the elevator, issue COIs, and coordinate with management/boards through approval.

How will you keep me informed and minimize disruption?

Daily updates (photos + notes) and a weekly look-ahead, plus floor/wall protection, dust barriers and air filtration, and quiet-hour awareness. Common areas are protected and restored daily.

What’s included in your estimate?

Labor, site protection, project management, permits/inspections, and rough materials. Client-selected finishes can be owner-supplied or quoted as allowances.

How do payments work?

Milestones—deposit to book, start of work, mid-project, and final after punch list. The schedule is listed in your proposal.

Do you take smaller, budget-friendly projects?

Yes. We handle smart refreshes as well as full luxury builds. Tell us your goals and budget—we’ll recommend the best path.
